ABOUT
I'M KELLEY
I’m a creatrix, both visually with my camera, and energetically with my never ending stream of big ideas. I’m fascinated with learning new skills and viewpoints, being in nature, going on adventures, and finding new ways to grow and discover more about myself.
I love being outside, tattoos, and cooking from scratch. I try to be a gardener, but I mostly end up with weeds. I’m married to my high school sweetheart and I’m absolutely head over heels for the life we’ve created. We have 2 of the sweetest, most fun boys on the planet, and I homeschool them. We love adventuring together.
MY STORY
Growing up in a very Christian household, I took on a lot of the puritan views many of us were raised with - and a lot of the shame around sexuality and self that goes with it.
As an adult, I've found that that shame has manifested itself into painful menstrual cycles, back pain, and struggles with self worth. Anyone else??
It's become my mission to reprogram that shame cycle, feel those repressed emotions, and really dig into the juiciness that life has to offer, and I've found that a lot of other women feel the same.
I use photography as one of my mediums to help tease out the innate beauty and power that each woman possesses, even if she's forgotten.
